Kelly (the husband of the family we are staying with) finished his training and is back home for now. Yay!
Travis was asked to speak at CC South Bay last Wednesday at the Mission Potluck and spoke about how God called us to become missionaries overseas. Then we got prayer over, and you know, we can never have too much prayer! There was another speaker that night that spoke about the Voice of the Martyrs, and the whole thing was just a total blessing. We had a great time and God really blessed our conversations that night.
We are happy to report that fellow missionary Suzie Gonzalez is doing well after her foot surgery. We even ran into her working out in her wheel chair at Wilson Park on Saturday during our weekly walk over there. Thank you for your prayers for her!
Our Focus is finally for sale. The DMV originally sent our pink slip to our address from when we were first married and we never got it, so we had to get a duplicate. Now that we have it we can sell our car! If anyone knows anyone that is in the market, it is a really great car. Here is the link to our craigslist ad

We need to sell it by July because that is when our insurance is up and we do not want to pay to have it on another plan, so please keep that in prayer.
Sasha is in town :) Kristin's friend from high school is visiting from Alaska, so we are having a blast getting to see her and of course Ksena is thrilled to have "Aunt Shasha" back for a couple of weeks.
Last Sunday we went to Trav's grandparents' 50th wedding anniversary! Congrats Travis and Beverly. It was so much fun and we got to see Trav's brother Kyle, in between his Air Force training, which was an awesome surprise!
Other than that we are just doing errands like crazy, trying to get most of our tasks finished before the baby comes. Kristin's back is doing much better now that she is seeing a chiropractor. Thank God for that office, they really helped us out since we don't have a steady income right now, and they are really supportive and just cool brothers and sisters in the Lord.
Prayer Requests
Travis' health and wisdom in dealing with his Ulcerative Colitis.
Kristin & Katienne's health as the pregnancy is in it's last month, and a successful VBAC and smooth labor.
For Xu Mascardo's last month of pregnancy and smooth labor (she is due two days before Kristin).
Continued healing and recovery for Suzie Gonzalez.
That God would be over whether or not Kelly gets deployed, that he would be able to have his family with him here, or wherever he is going next.
Time and patience to finish the application process for our financial overseeing organization, and God's hand over whether or not we will be accepted into their program.
Reasonable airfare (and provision for it) for August 30th or 31st for all four of us.
Consolidating all of our finances and paying off our final debts.
Saving for tuition.
Selling our car.
Ksena and potty training, so far no actual training is going on... lol.
For the home fellowship that we are part of, there are a lot of transitions going on! That God would just continue to grow us all closer to Him and that He would bring more people if that is His will.
Needs
If anyone has cloth diapers they are no longer using, we would love to take them off of your hands :) We are specifically looking for prefolds and/or covers, and snappis. Kind of a strange need, but hey, that's what we need :)
Thank you so much for your continued prayer and support. We really can't say how much your prayers mean to us. They keep us going and encourage us more than you could ever know.
Here are a few pictures from the Chino Airshow a few weeks ago. God Bless!!!
